Thanks for the update - I appreciate it very much! I had no issues whatsoever upgrading both my Dreambox One and the RCU.

The only drawback is that I have an (old) JVC TV, and JVC isn't yet(?) in the list of supported manufactures. Is there a way I can help get these codes into the database, or can I manually program the remote?

Bekomme sogar einen Greenscreen wenn ich am Handy DreamEPG aufmache. Vermute also das es nicht bzw. nicht nur am dem Aufnahme abspielen liegt, sondern auch an dem Festplattenzugriff. Noch ein Log von gerade eben, beim Zugriff mit DreamEPG.

The "TV" entry didn't work, unfortunately. But with a bit of toying around, I found that the "LCD TV" had at least the power button working. Reading the .json it then became clear that the "device": 3 entries are candidates in my case, and they did indeed all work for me. I ended up using one of the RM-... entries that had this device ID to get the most important functionality.

So you solved my problem - thank you!!!

Where do these entries actually come from? There is a lot of redundancy; some of the RM-xxx entries are essentially identical apart from the name, and some have only one or two more buttons defined compared to another. Many are incomplete; I found one ("Monitor") that defines the "Menu" button, but lacks the definition of right/left/up/down that would be needed to move around in the menu after it has come up. In principle, is it possible to combine entries for different buttons from various entries for the same device? Having a somewhat consistent naming scheme would also be helpful. Sorry, that's not a critique, just an observation - it must be a nightmare to maintain this, especially without access to the actual hardware. And for old and outdated hardware like mine... So thanks for your work on this - and it would be really nice to keep the JVC entries.

Noch eine Frage: Ich habe einen neuen Sony Android TV von 2021. Habe alle Sony Profile getestet und es funktioniert leider meist nur die Lautstärke bzw. das Nummernfeld. Ideal wäre es wenn das Steuerkreuz, Menü Taste und okay zusätzlich noch funktionieren würde. Hat hier jemand Erfahrungen damit?

Ich hatte meinen Account hier gelöscht aber nach dem Update muss ich mich hier mal melden und ein wirklich fettes Lob äußern. Endlich kann ich über WLAN mit dem Patnerbox Plugin ruckelfrei meine One in der Küche befeuern. Vorher waren die Privaten in SD nicht wirklich anschaubar.

Allerdings habe ich nicht mal ansatzweise verstanden welche Voraussetzungen ich schaffen muss damit ich die Fernbedienung updaten kann

Voraussetzungen: Opendreambox 2.6 im Releasestand von enigma2 4.5.1r9

Um Blutooth Remote-Updates über den sogenannten "DFU-Mode" auf Ihrer Dreambox ONE/TWO zu ermöglichen, werden ein neuer Bootloader und eine neue Frontprozessor-Firmware benötigt.

Zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung von enigma2 4.5.1r9 wird der Bootloader nicht automatisch aktualisiert, sondern nur manuell über die Konsole (z.B. Putty, telnet oder SSH).

Das Aktualisieren des Bootloaders ist so einfach wie das Öffnen einer Remote-Shell und das Ausführen des folgenden Befehls

Nachdem der Befehl erfolgreich war, können Sie das fp-Update mit dem folgenden Befehl durchführen.

flash-nrf52 --program --verify --start

Führen Sie anschließend einen weiteren Konsolenbefehl aus, um Ihre Box neu zu starten und das Update abzuschließen.

reboot

Nach dem Neustart sollte Ihnen unter "Einstellungen > Geräte > Bluetooth Remote Setup" die rote Schaltfläche "Update" angeboten werden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine Fernbedienung gekoppelt werden muss, um zur Aktualisierung berechtigt zu sein.

Drücken Sie Rot, um den geführten Aktualisierungsvorgang zu starten, und folgen Sie ihm, um Ihre Fernbedienung zu aktualisieren.
