Haven't got the same equipment as you, but to my experience I would try to set

sequence repeat to: Yes

and perhaps
Fast Diseqc to: No

and change the command order as well.

Since you're sending a commited DiseqC command but no toneburst.

You should set commited at first place.

just discover one thing - people who have problems with Enigma2+diseq mainly have multioutput LNBs
(i have 6xLNBs 8xOut and few 4xOut)

Assuming you have the original Dream image....

I have a similar set-up as followed:

Toroidal 55 3 LNB : 13.0 (no name with 2 feeds), 23.5 (quatro ALPS) and 28.2 Quatro ALPS)

60c m dish with 1 LNB (Quatro ALPS)

2 Diseqc (4-1) (No idea about the brand) (will be replaced by SPAUN) ones tomorrow, just waiting for the weather protection cases)

I have done all the updates, latest firmware etc.

works fine with an occasional "Tune Failed", which I blame on the DISEQC switches, that is why I will replace them.

As of yesterday I have replaced my wiring in the house as well, the result was stunning on the sky box my signal went up by 25 % on the dream I have not been able to do that much testing but when switching back and forth between 28.2 13 and 19.2 I had no problems.

Have a look at your diseqc switches and make sure the cable you use is good, I can only speak from experience that is does make a huge difference.

easyest way for me were ading small diseq 4x1(protocol 1.0) between dm800 and diseq 10x1(protocol 1.1)
(but in that configuration dm7020 zaps now ~10sec)

i use passive diseq switch SW101D

by default it is programmed to mode 4 and works with all protocols *.0 and *.1,
but when it programmed to mode 5 it works only with pritocol 1.1
in that case you can instal other protocols diseq swiches before it or after

my instalation:
dreambox <-> switch1x4(Protocol 1.0) <-> 3x switch1x10(protocol 1.1)
in that way i have 25xLNB connected
for Enigma1 must be set "Swap Commands"
for Enigma2 must be set "Command order=committed,uncommitted,toneburst"
