H.265 is a COMPRESSION and NOT a screen resoultion. You can have the worst SD resolution compressed like hell in H.265 to stream Porn over the Internet ... and yes 525 will be able to watch it

NO! It supports MPEG-2, H.264 and H.265! It just does not support resolutions higher than 1080p.

Just look at the German DVB-T2. They use exactly that combination: Full-HD Channels encoded in H.265
