that values are stored by Enigma2, yes months ago or year.
if values not handled now E2 has to able change them to correctnow the only solution is scan all sat positions with option `clear before scan`,
but that option i actually hate so much cause E2 resets many transponder's values to Auto and delete info about last used audiotrack on services -
Nothing wrong here FEC 7/8 was never ever vaild for any DVB-S2 transponder, so it doesn't break anything when DMM changed the code.

but somehow Enigma2 has been stored that value in the lamedb now just doesn't handle
external editors aren't used there i use them only to convert services list for friends who still on Enigma1 Dreamboxes
