Can anyone, who using terrestrial tuner in DM_8000, confirm, that SNR and AGC shown in strange way? I know, that signal itself is strong, but SNR and AGC shown 0% (0db). Probably it's driver problem?!

This is true since ages and not limited to the DM8000.
Seems as if noone is really interessted in providing meaningful values. -
Seems this problem does not occur very often. It might be helpful to provide more information (e.g. indoor/outdoor antenna, amplification yes/no, receiving region etc.)
-
Antenna is outdoor, without amplification. TV with digital tuner shows, that signal is good. Indeed it may be caused of H.264/MPEG-4 AVC standard. This is, what I have in my region.

So, who are these people, software developers, who have to know about this problem? Is there any direct contact or they read this forum?

An example.
DVB-T Channel, my own external antenna with amplification. The channel is seeing but 0% SNR. -
Seems to be related to the Skin!
Due to Rabiator666s screenshot, I used a different skin and got
a value different from "0" (to be precise, the value changes from
"0%" to "24db" and vice versa).
The default skin from Dream still shows "0". -
i have seen 24dB, in case it is shown for any transponder i dont think it is true
