Ukrainian DVB-t2 operator has implemented Irdeto Cloaked CA encryption.
Does DREAMBOX CI slots support CI+ modules? For example "Irdeto Cloaked CA"?

the CI slots in Dremboxes will never support CI+
Then you could buy the shit receiver from your broadcaster.

The next thing is, that there is no DVB T-2 tuner for Dreamboxes available at the moment...

CI+ CA modules works in any reciever because they're backward compatible but won't work for channels that need CI+ ofcourse.
Same problem in Sweden HD channels needs CI+ on most providers and DVB-T2 on terrestrial.

I thought this encryption system doesn't use smart cards?

Irdeto Cloaked CA does not need cards. If you use certified CI mudule, you will not insert card inside.

As everybody knows, OPENBOX recivers has on open scource firmwares too.
For example Openbox S9 has a module with DVB-T2.
Few days ago was realised offical firmware which supports CI+ Neotion CAM modules Irdeto Cloacked. And all CI+ channels works perfectly (using special cam module).
So it means that its POSSIBLE to realize such support on DM too.
I dont think that OPENBOX TM will break a law, because thet are sold in Europe too.
Maybe their experience will help DM to introduce CI+ support?

Yes it's possible but will never happen on Linuxboxes with Enigma2 because operators will never support them.
