As everybody knows, OPENBOX recivers has on open scource firmwares too.
For example Openbox S9 has a module with DVB-T2.
Few days ago was realised offical firmware which supports CI+ Neotion CAM modules Irdeto Cloacked. And all CI+ channels works perfectly (using special cam module).
So it means that its POSSIBLE to realize such support on DM too.
I dont think that OPENBOX TM will break a law, because thet are sold in Europe too.
Maybe their experience will help DM to introduce CI+ support?

According to 2 spent years of tryig to edit videos and to record them on DVD/BLURAY discs, i have started this thread.

Nowadays, when you recorder HD program, usually it has a size up to 25GB. So it is impossible to record it on DVD. So i have bought internal BLURAY sata recorder to DM8000.
But the interface and control of CUTLISTEDITOR is non-usable! Only 2 of 10 people will say that they can use it!

• I have expirience to use many external dvd recorders like pioneer, panasonic ... and all of them has much better and friendly interface.
  

  
  

  As you know HDMI has a security, so you can not buy BLURAY recorder with HDMI input. So only way to edit videos - are at DM and at PC.

  
  

  If you try to transfer video to PC by LAN, you will wait about 30 minutes only to transfer.
  If you try to edit videos by NFS(started on DM), anyway this video will be transferred by LAN and it will take 30 min.

So only one way to edit videos is NORMAL PLUGIN to edit. DREAM MULTIMEDIA, please study experience of such gigants like PIONEER, PANASONIC, SONY and implement it to your software.

According to terrible internal CUTLIST EDITOR im DM 3.x i'm searching for an alternative.

I need to cut ADS in videos wich are at harddrive on DM8000 witout sending them to PC.

Is there any plugins/software wich is more user-friendly then CUTLIST editor?

Is there any dreambox plugins not from dreammultimedia, same as cutlisteditor, but more comfortable?

Dreambox has terrible own cutlisteditor software, so it is mostly impossible to cut ADS from recording, wich is at DREAMBOX harddrive.

Is there any good software, that can edit recordings (including HD) directly at DREAMBOX 8000 and save it there after this edit? So after cutting ADS i can burn it on internal DVD/bluray
