    for my taste classic remote is the best Dreambox has ever had,
    i still use it with dm900/dm920
    just would like see learning function added

    after execute `apt install tzdata-europe` time for Riga is corrected now
    and all other GMTs+2 too, except Kyiv shows GMT+0
    my guess, filename `/usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe>Kiev` doesn't match
    to `<zone name="(GMT+02:00) Kyiv" zone="Europe/Kyiv" />`


    got again network = none after first reboot,
    but in case box were recently reflashed
    i didn't restore network watchdog script from rc.local yet
    and can't show any logs :frowning_face:

    where else i have to ask such kind of questions?
    i have made apt update + upgrade, saw there is waited fix in the timezone.xml
    but result were completely opposit

    replace /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Istanbul file were lot safer method


    i replaced "Europe/Istanbul" by "EET" for line "(GMT+02:00) Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius"
    by example from "(GMT+01:00) ... "CET" zones,
    and now box doesn't start and also not accessible trough telnet and ftp :frowning_face:

    this problem came with OE2.5 update
    first ~half~ year with older OE2.? on dm7080sstt i didn't had such problem
    after another half year i sent this box to RMA,
    but in case they didn't able fix it i received dm900 with Twin DVB-S2
    interesting what idiot on DP side decided as customer, who have sent box with four tuners,
    will be happy by receive cheaper box and with less count of tuners

    Ethernet cable have seen: dm500 -> dm7020s -> dm800s -> dm8000sstt -> dm7080sstt -> dm900sst

    3. my script which sends power ON / OFF commands for 230v sockets with TV and AV Receiver




    and second script is started from cron, it turns completely OFF PC's monitors



    with dm8000 i were able use lot cheaper device -
    EnerGenie PCW_MS2G
    cause there was working Cooler socket
