Hi, to everyone, while i have a dreambox 600 with cable tuner and i would like to switch on satellite, is it possible changing only the tuner with a DVB S one to get the satellite channels?? thank's for help and advices. ?

So buy a single DVB-S-Tuner and place it in your 600. The tuner is the same as for the DM7025...

(and a small spanner? or pliers to screw out the two screws to the rs232 connector)
Just remove of the top and the back plate, then its plug and play.
It takes maby 5-10 minutes.
You have to change the back plate with the one that came in the box,
with your dreambox. (different once for C and S tuner)

When you have the new tuner in you hand,
you can see how its plugged in. plug and play

Just remember to unplug the Dreambox a while before you start!
And it could be smart to ground yourself, so that you dont fry your Dreambox with static electicity. (its like doing work inside a computer)

Hi playa4life, i got the tuner, but i can not put it in the dream, because it does not entry in the box, it is to long, but i bought the right one. just watch
the pictures, have they send me a wrong one?

Hi friends, i just want to inform that i get the S tuner and i have fixed it. It works very well, thanks to everyone for help.
p.s. if someone need the C Tuner for dream 600 0r 7025 can send me a pm. =)
