Nowadays I have always a crash when I want to play a recorded movie. This phenomena wasn't present previously. I have already flashed again the dreambox but this doesn't work. the problem is persistent.

have you tried running the diskdoctor script (included in captain shell plugin) maybe your Harddisk filesystem screwed up
I have to fixed this manually (same as your script) this is the output:

No issue...but the problem is always present...
The problem seems to be here...
can't open /dev/misc/pvr - you need to buy the new(!) $$$ box! (Device or resource busy)
cutfile not found!
But I have no clue how to resolve this!
