I have a serious issue with my box, after i installed Gemini 3.2 and rebooted my box, i can't get a clear picture, the signal is always breaking up and is distorted. i tried to flash erase the box and then install Gemini 3.30 but i got the same.

I then tried to roolback and install the orginal firmware but its the same, Can you help me on this?

Is there a way to restore the box to its working conditions?

I tried the reset to factory default but still this did'nt fix it, i tried to flash erase the box twice but this did'nt wok also.

I read a post on this forum that when you flash an image this only replaces the image "work space" only but the rest of the file system / structure is unchanged so i am suspecting that this could be the issue. is there a way to COMPLEATLY erase the box including the entire file system.

I noticed that the BER (bit error rate) is very high, about 15600 so i wondering is the signal quality is what is causing this, could it be that the reception is bad or the dish need realignment or maybe a stonger LNB?
