Hello! It's possible do a factory reset to a dm820? I'm having problems flashing images and starts recovery mode, shows message "could not read CA". I've already update rescue loader but the problem still exists. When I try flash image sometimes gave error and for example I can't restore any backup.

So I want to try if it's possible to do a factory reset.

I've already installed originate but don't solve the problem. When I try go to recovery by telnet its just restart box and even I try by the remote control do the same.
