Hello! It's possible do a factory reset to a dm820? I'm having problems flashing images and starts recovery mode, shows message "could not read CA". I've already update rescue loader but the problem still exists. When I try flash image sometimes gave error and for example I can't restore any backup.

So I want to try if it's possible to do a factory reset.

I've already installed originate but don't solve the problem. When I try go to recovery by telnet its just restart box and even I try by the remote control do the same.

I've a dm820hd and recently when i try to install new image it apperars on log file the msg "CA not found" and "please consider to update rescue loader.

I've updated rescue loader but it stays the problem. For example i can't go to recovery mode by remote control and telnet only by power button.

How can i resolve this?
