Elektro Power Save

  • Hi Everyone, firstly I would like to say thanks to the
creators of this wonderful plugin. I was wondering if it could be add in a
feature to have both profile works at the same time. I wish to set a daily
    timer as follows,

    Deep Sleep: 1am
    Wakeup: 4am
    Deep Sleep: 5.15am
    Wakeup: 7.15am

If this could be done, it will be awesome.

    Thanks in advance

  • Thanks everyone for the quick reply!
I did turn-on the feature “Use both profile alternately”. But it seem like only one profile is working. Maybe it is “Times” I didn’t set correctly, I had done the setting as follows,
    Profile 1
    1. Monday: Wakeup: 0400
    1. Monday Deep Sleep: 0100
Repeated the same for every day till the last setting of profile1 which is Sunday: Sleep 0100
    1.Next Day starts at: 0700
    Profile 2

    2. Monday Wakeup: 0700
    2. Monday Deep Sleep: 0815
Repeated the same for every day till the last setting of profile2 which is Sunday: Sleep 0815
    2. Next Day starts at: 0100
    Have I set it correctly?

  • Not at all!
    1. Wake up < 1. Standby < 2. Wake up < 2. Standby < 1. Next day=2. Next Day
    For instance:
You want to watch Morning news and you work over the day so you watch in the evening:
    1 wake up 0700
    1 standby 815
    2 wake up 2000
    2 standby 0100
    Next day 0600
And be sure that the active Profile is set right. If you set it up at 2030 your active profile is in my case the second.

I don't understand why you want the PVR to be on from 0400 to 0100 that would be reaching in the next day.

    DM8000SSSS, DM820SS, DM900SXFBC

  • your times are completely confused. You must specify the ON periods, this should not overlap.

    1. Monday Wakeup: 0715
    1. Monday Deep Sleep: 0100
    1. Next Day starts at: 0300

    2. Monday Wakeup: 0400
    2. Monday Deep Sleep: 0515
    2. Next Day starts at: 0600

    I hope I'm not wrong  ....... I'm slowly

  • What I meant was I want it to work at a schedule as follows,
    Mon Morning- Sleep-1am
    Mon Morning-Wakeup-4am
    Mon Morning-Sleep-5 am
    Mon Mornng-Wakeup-7am
    Tue Morning- Sleep-1am
    Tue Morning-Wakeup-4am
    Tue Morning-Sleep-5 am
    Tue Mornng-Wakeup-7am
The same goes for every other days

How should I do the “Time” setting?

    Thanks in advance

  • you define not the OFF times, but rather the ON times. Therefore "Wakeup" setting is before "Sleep".
As I wrote, the times must be sequentially and may not be overlap.

PS: It would be a typo in my previous post

  • HI Joergm6

I am not very sure if you had meant to set the ON times first, but if you did, then I had a problem as under “Times” setting, “Mon-Sleep” is on top of the setting that we have to set first.

    Is that what you mean?

  • with my settings first is wakeup
    1. Monday Wakeup: 0700
    1. Monday Deep Sleep: 0100
    show karlek's post
    1. Wake up < 1. Standby < 2. Wake up < 2. Standby < 1. Next day=2. Next Day
    in my opinion
    1. Next Day < 1. Wake up < 1. Standby < 2. Next day < 2. Wake up < 2. Standby < .....
with the next day I'm not quite sure how it was. I have it always just before the Wakeup
    06:00 < 07:00 < 01:00 < 03:00 < 04:00 < 05:00
    ON times from 07:00 - 01:00 and 04:00 - 05:00
