Dm 500Hd not booting any more

    I have a DM 500 HD working great till yesterday.
    Now when I switch it on, I see blinking the green led, but no boot and no network even when I try to press and hold the power button anfd then to switch on the Dreambox.


    Please could you help me?

    Thank you for your reply.
    I have tried dreamup using mini usb.
    PC has correctly detected the dreambox and has assigned com port 27.
    When I switch on the dreambox, no connection and green led blinks.


    I'll try an other power supply.


    Any other suggestions?

    I have tried with another supply but my dreambox doesn't start.


    Only the green led blinks and fan doesn't move.


    What can I do? Can I check somethng with multimeter or whatelse?

    It is user for user forum.
    For official support you have to call up RMA system.


    Unplug all external media and antenna.
    Reset the BIOS to factory defaults.


    Use latest DreamUP (1.3.3.11) to flash image.


    If that is not successful you have to coordinate with DMM directly for sending the box in for repair.
