    What level/version of the PCI interface is used/supported in the auxillary tuner card sockets in the DM8000 PVR Dreambox?


    I've stumpled over some DVB-T2 PC cards, but they have PCI-E connection to the PC motherboard.

    Sigh! I'm not that impressed no more of the not so open source architecture I thought I got when I purchased my DM8000. I had expected a some what longer life via possible SW upgrades and to some extent HW as well.

    It works nicely with USB tuners :face_with_rolling_eyes:

    Don't you think that it is sensible to leave some kind of business model (as selling new tuners for new transmission standards) to Dream Multimedia?
    DM is not a non profit organisation!
