The only way to legally use PayTV cards in Germany is using authorized receivers.
Non E2-based receiver (like Dream, VU+, ...) is authorized by any PayTV provider.

If you want to know where to get the application -> read the boardrules.
If you want to know how to automatically start an application on a DM900 -> ask a different question, which does not violate the boardrules.

The mechanism to start services has changed for the DM900. Instead of init.d scripts, the systemd is used.
So you need a systemd "start script" (service description aka. unit description).
The service descriptions of systemd are located in /etc/systemd/system and named *.service.
To start an own script via systemd, create a service description, define the dependency of the service in the description and use systemctl to enable the service.

Example (name of file may be "myapp.service" and shall be located in /etc/systemd/system e.g.):

Description=MyAppScript


[Service]
Type=forking
ExecStart=/etc/init.d/S99myscript.sh


[Install]
WantedBy=enigma2.service

This description defines a dependency for "enigma2.service", which means that systemd should start this service before starting the enigma2.service.
To enable this service description, you have to call "systemctl enable myapp.service".
If your script is starting a service which depends on some other functionality being available before the start, you can add "Requires=<needed service here>" and "After=<needed service here>".
You can find several tutorials for systemd configuration / management. Feel free to use your favourite search engine to find one to suit your needs.
