Any way to make a backup?

    I'm testing a few different images on my dm7025, and i must configure all settings and channels for every new image. Is there some way to make a backup of the image that i know that it works? I don't have any windows PC.

    PD: I've seen a option for make a backup on the web interface, but it says that is only for debugging purposes.

    You can copy the /etc/enigma2 dir via ftp to you PC and after flashing the new firm you have to upload it back.


    Then via telnet


    killall enigma2


    Wait one minute and enigma is starting with you uploaded settings.


    In the next releases of the firmware there will be a plugin that allows you to backup your settings to hdd/usb stick/cf .......
