DM500s Dreamup problem

    Hello,


    I have received my DM500s (not a plus version) 2 days ago, and since then I'm trying to connect my box with the PC thanks to Universal DreamUp and a Null-modem cable. At each time I try to connect it, it displays 17:12:35 box type: DM500, but nothing happens and no more information is displayed. The progess bar does not move, and the status always remains Connection prepared, now switch on the box.


    I've tried sevral versions of DreamUp, but the result is always the same and I'm never able to click on flash button that remains desparatly grey. Can anyone help me to flash my DM using dreamUp or another way.

    Please provide some extra info:


    #1 PC's OS ( MS/Linux )
    #2 COM Port settings ( COM1/COM2 -> where cable is connected )


    PS, if You are using other image except official than use forum of image builder for support, because this is official support, so NO OTHER IMAGES are supported.
