hi m8 i had the same reply but the reply came too late i had already sent the box back to my suppler asking for a refund.
i rang the supplier and asked if he had received the box he said he had sent me a new receiver out.
so i guess that d/m arnt to keen on giving refunds BUT if the new one goes the same way i will demand one
