i got a replacement box BUT it has lasted a week and tuner fail again so i rang the suppler and i have to return the box AGAIN

hi m8 i had the same reply but the reply came too late i had already sent the box back to my suppler asking for a refund.
i rang the supplier and asked if he had received the box he said he had sent me a new receiver out.
so i guess that d/m arnt to keen on giving refunds BUT if the new one goes the same way i will demand onenot a very happy dreambox owner

Firmware version:latest official from the dream d/l siteyour question i have started to loose channels on my dm800 for example premiere is missing i rescaned the sat no premiere, i d/l channel settings turn to premiere i get tuner fail .the channels are ok on my dm600 so it is not a dish problem.
i could recive the channels up to 2 days ago but now nothing
can anybody help
