?(Hi, I have a Dreambox 5620 which had the powersupply and tuner damaged. I have replaced both parts and the decoder is now powering up. Unfortunattly though the decoder won't get any signal, it shows a signal of around 70% and quality of 40-50% but the BER remains to mininum levels.
I have check the dish allignment and using an other decoder the image gets up but with dreambox no luck. Tried the latest firmware and channel list.

Any help to what I could do please?

for a dm5620, an AGC below 50 % means no signal. dreamboxes need to have the dish aligned nearly perfect. it means nothing that you get a signal with an other receiver.

best frequencies to align the dish are:

for astra: orf (i think 12692)
for hotbird: sf (i think 12391)
