Express AM 1 @ 40° E

    Hallo,
    ich habe mir gestern die DM800 geholt und wollte mit ihr sofort die russischen Sender auf Express AM 1 @ 40° E empfangen. Die Transponder sind 10967 V 20000 3/4 & 10995 V 20000 3/4.
    Ich bekomme für die genannten Transponder kein Empfang. :angry_face:

    Bei mir 40°(russische sender-MPEG-4) funktioniert einwandfrei :winking_face: :winking_face: :winking_face:

    H.264 is MPEG-4, just different name. Do you mean something else, like not compatibility with all MPEG-4 standards?

    vitalypl fügt hinzu, daß zum empfang dieser kanäle auf 40° eine schüssel >1,1m erforderlich ist.

    ein wenig mehr toleranz sollte doch wohl möglich sein, schließlich ist es die sprache des mannes, der sagte:
    lernen, lernen und nochmals lernen.
    und das kann ja auch heutzutage nicht verkehrt sein.

    Ich glaube, da steckt eher die Angst dahinter, dass jemand in einer beliebigen Sprache, die die Moderatoren nicht verstehen ein echtes Ei legt (Keys, whatever) und darauf juristische Probleme auf das Board zu kommen.

    Hi. My problem is NOT Videoguard on Viasat Ukraina on Sirius 4 at 4.8°E.
    I can NOT scan this transponders -

    This is difference from problem with Enc. system.


    I find what not only i have a problem with this transponders.

    Soo, this is not encryption problem - this is DM800 problem. DM800 just can't scan this transponders. :angry_face:


    PS. About 40E MPEG-4 SD channels, may be my dishes are to small. I have Triax78 and Triax 88.

    I have the same problem with Intelsat 905 (24,5 W) and the following transmission:


    11048H/DVB-S2/MPEG-4 and SD (Multivision pack). No problem manually tuning to this mux, but I only receive audio, with the exception of Rumba TV where the picture is out of sync and at a bad frame rate.


    Is the DM800 hardware capable of encoding SD-transmissions in MPEG-4? Is this a fixable problem or a limitation in hardware? I was hoping this could be fixed somehow as we see more MPEG4/SD-transmissions and will likely have many of them in the future...


    If I record the channel to disk then I have no problem playing the resulting file on my computer... I'd be happy to provide a short recording if anyone's interested in looking into it?

    Wiedergabe auf dem PC
    - VLC letzte Version - nein
    - Media Player Classic - ja


    Woran liegt es, dass die DM 800 kein Bild wiedergibt?

    With the latest nightly version of VLC I can easily stream these channels.


    Does anyone please have a clue as to what we can do to get these MPEG4-AVC/SD - channels?
