Noticed some bugs with DVB subtitles:

With timeshift:

- after enabling the timeshift the DVB subtitles do not appear if not disabled and then enabled from the menu.

- after stopping the timeshift the DVB subtitles require same operation as described above

With recordings:

Recordings with DVB subtitles require enabling them every time when watching the recordings. Even if the subtitles are enabled when recording, the recordings require this. This is required every time the same recording is watched, so it seems like the subtitle selection is not stored anywhere.

My image is from the CVS and the newest one (02.03.2008 ). Hopefully this little annoying "features" are fixed soon, as it seems like these are really minor ones if compared to earlier DVB subtitle problems...

Bei der Wiedergabe oder im Timeshift muss man die Untertitel nach Spulen erst abwählen und dann anwählen. Ansonsten sind sie futsch.
Besonders ärgerlich in Ländern die in Originalsprache mit DVB Untertiteln senden.
Getestet werden kann das mit ZDF DVB-Untertiteln. Hier der gleiche Effekt.

I have better idea

In config file there is a line for audio channel priority (configurable via web interface) like this:

s:/extras/audiochannelspriority=English#Tonoption 2#Original

wouldnt it be better to put in enigma posibility to store prefered subtitle selection in same way, something like this ?:

s:/extras/subtitlepriority=Norwegian#Swedish#Finish

Hier noch einmal.

Ganz simpel: Nach Drücken der gelben Taste geht die Box in Timeshift.
Nach erneutem Drücken läuft das Programm weiter. I.O.
Nur die DVB-Untertitel sind weg.
Erst Untertitel abwählen und dann wieder anwählen bringt die Untertitel wieder zum Vorschein.
Es kann wirklich mit ZDF auf Astra getestet werden!
