geting past password lock

    i have a dream box 7020s i got from my fatherin law he had it programed by anouther person how is no longer in my town to acces it he has a user name & password i do not know hoe do i get past the lock i am using a home network with a router thx jim

    Just ftp into the box and get the config file - the password will be stored in hex - just convert it to decimal - either that or just delete the config file and reboot the box.

    please can anybody tell me where to get hex? i use dm800hd original
