When You post question like this, please include model type.
Usualy, 56x0 70x0 will hard reset with pressing all three buttons on the front-face of the box and to press and hold immediately after that program-up button until display say: DELETING FLASH.
If You cannot reflash box over network, logically is to use null modem cable and DreamUp.
Take out Dream from power cord, connect PC and Box, start DreamUp, choose COM port ( usually 1 or 2 ) and press connect. AFTER THAT connect power cord back. All other informations You will get if using a "Suchen" button or ..:: HERE ::..Greetings,
