Yesterday I recieved a new DM-500s, incl. a FIRECrypt access card 9 that should open the channels inXtc & XPlusTV. I can't get it to open the channels. I have tried to leave the box on the inXtc channel over nigth, but that didn't help. Do I have to tell the reciever to use the card reader, or will that happen automaticly? I have sound from the channel, but just a black picture. Yes, I have the chip turning down. 
Please advice, if You have some suggestions.
