Hi I am a newbie - just got the 500S. Am very impressed but I have recently been unable to unlock channels anymore. What should I do and where can I get good information about the DB and how to go about using / configuring it?
Hehe, because dm500 is not CI receiver , it official can not be used for receiving scrambled channels other than xdreamtv like.
