dm500 sound delay pls help

    I have a problem with the dm500.
    Since I got this machine (2 days ago) the sound has a delay.
    I changed a couple of images and the problem remains exactly the same.
    The picture is good without freez but the sound comes out with a delay like a nearly dead person try to speak.


    Please can you help me or I must take this receiver back to the shop.

    I don't own a DM500, but have searched the entire database for such an issue. Couldn't find a match. Looks like your box has an issue. I recommend to contact Dream Multimedia via e-mail.


    There are some observations on 7025 running E2 with AC3 sound delays.
