Hello,

I just got a DM800HD se v2 receiver DVB-C. Our cable reciever has 2 Bouquets of HD channels with same provider and i am not "same transponder", in different frequencies. whenever i search one frequency , I loose the channels of the other frequency. I get the error "Sid not found in Pat " and I see the channels belonging to the frequency searched last. The receiver is changing all the frequencies of the 2 bouquet.

Appreciate any help if it can be fixed.
