Telnet connection

    Hi to all,


    with 7080 and 820 when I start a connection on terminal I get immediately the user prompt (where I type root) but only after 10-15 second I get the password request (never changed so empty). Nothing change if the connection is by wifi or wired. The FTP connection starts immediately as the web interface.


    On other box (OE 2.0) I never seen this delay.


    Is only a problem of mine?

    try this:
    edit /etc/hosts on your Box an add the IP and (pseudo) hostname of the PC you want to connect via telnet. like this
