DM 800 HD PVR - invalid response from the server

    Dears,




    i bought this dreambox one year ago, now i get the following message
    "invalid response from the server , please report :[failure instance:
    traceback (failure with no frames):<class
    'twisted.internet.error.DNSLookuperror'>DNS lookup
    failed:address'www.dream-multimedia-tv.de' not found.




    what should i do , i really thank you for your help

    what you should do first of all is not crosspost topics in multiple catgories.
    the error message means that your box can't reach our server.
    since you're able to post here that means our server works and you can reach it with your personal computer. check to see if your dreambox is plugged into the network correctly and check the network settings.

    first sorry for the double entry , but i didnt know where to post first time.
    second the network issue solved , but till now and from 3 days i cant see any encrypted channel
    what should i do?

    i cant see any encrpted channel , for example JSC sports channel or sky sports channels all these i cant view them. its all scrambled.
