Hallo all

I hat a new linux whit Unbntu 12.04 64 bit amd fx 8350 8 core 4ghz
I'm trying to compile a enigma2 OE2.0 800 hd image but I get this error last night and also to day,

I did compile 800hd 2 days ago whit latest updates and all did go well then in py old linux whit Unbuntu 12. 04 intel 3,2 ghz 32 bit

I did also test 7020hd same error Summary: 1 task failed:

Unfortunately, I'm unable to reproduce this error. Can you please send me a tarball of the files from /home/polar/Polar-dm800/opendreambox/tmp/work/mips32el-nf-oe-linux/gst-plugins-base/gst-plugins-base-0.10.36.1+git-r3/temp to obi@opendreambox.org?

In the meantime I received logs from someone else.

Were you using a 32-bit OS before? Can you try running

Code

cd /home/polar/Polar-dm800/opendreambox

then

Code

. bitbake.env
cd build/dm800
bitbake -ccleansstate gettext-native gst-plugins-base

and then retry building gst-plugins-base?

Moving from 32-bit systems to 64-bit systems (or the other way around) is problematic. The build system seems to assume that programs (here: autopoint from gettext-native) were already built for your system, but they were built for 32-bit, so they cannot be used (and won't be found anyway). Unless you want to spend much time finding the root cause of this problem, your simplest option would be to delete the tmp directory and start over. If this still fails, delete both tmp and sstate-cache.

I did not move anything it was a fress build

After install from openembedded.org/wiki/Getting_started Unbuntu one ,

I hat 2 error libsdl1.2-dev Depends libpulse-dev but it not going to be installed
E: Unable to corregt problems . you have held brokn packages,

What language that change how it work ? I see so meny ipks for it

It do the cvs build from fress start in 90 min its big difrent from my old it was more or less 24 hours

Also I did hat some problems whit Unbuntu and some bios and big hdd boot problems , Boot-Repear did not allways work on all thos unbuntu
So I recoment Unbuntu 12.04 but I did find more problems whit 64 bit but 32 bit
