Compiling issue - wrong patch

  • Today after an update when I try to compile a shell is opened with the follow message

*** Manual patch resolution mode ***
Dropping to a shell, so patch rejects can be fixed manually.
Run "quilt refresh" when patch is corrected, press CTRL+D to exit.

I think it comes from this commit http://git.opendreambox.org/?p…415490e8d9c362f36870cfb75

    How can I fix it?

    Thanks.

  • At the moment I found this solution.

When the second shell for patch repairing is opened let's change this file

/opendreambox/build/dm7020hd/tmp/work/mips32el-oe-linux/gst-plugins-base/gst-plugins-base-0.10.36.1+git-r1/git/common/m4 (change according to the box you are compiling)

and save it. After that close the shell by typing ctrl+d for 3 times. Basically it is a manual application of the patch.
    Sorry for the raw solution.

  • thank you sd for your workaround but i had similiar issue. it was not the same.

  • Probably the issue is not solved.
after finished dm500hd image with success, I wanted to do the same for my dm800se but it doesn't work.

the only thing i was made to the prior image is setting the newest commits in enigma2-plugins and enigma2-skins and build again.
after that i wanted to build dm800se image from scratch, with no luck. building dm500hd works very well also with the newest commits in it.

maybe i reproduce the problem. lets see. JFYI
