The remote control is not working correctly....

    For example, when you're watching a pre recorded video and you hit the pause buton, it dosen't pause, i have to hit the audio button and select pause from the list... how can i fix this?

    This is very strange. The 500HD remote doesn't have a pause button. You have to use the yellow button.


    And I've never seen a menu where you can select pause. Especially not in the audio menu... Could you attach a screenshot and a photo of your remote? Which image are you using?
