Hi, I have a DM 800 HD se I bought 10 months ago with enigma 2 image allready flashed and default username and password changed. I am looking to find a way to factory reset and flash a new image to it. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You don't need any Password to flash a new firmware:
