Does 8000 chipset support 1080p (full HD)?
Because in AV setting I can choose only 1080i.
If no - i dont understand - why so expencive reciver does not support full HD?
Does 8000 support 1080p?

You say the right thing: It's a satellite receiver, no media player or upscaler. There's simply no need for 1080p as no TV station broadcasts more than 1080i.
And as the box isn't able to upscale to 1080p, you can't select more than 1080i in settings.If you're looking for a way of playing 1080p mkv-Files, try AutoResolution. This enables displaying 1080p as 1080p.
