I have just replaced my old TM box with the DM500HD and I have set up the network OK but on adding just two sats the box moves the dish via diseqc 1.2 but never finds the satellite. I have also tried USALS and have put in the correct LAT & Long but again it can't find the sats. I then replaced my old box to check and it was all working well the dish is 1M a universal lnb and a diseqc 1.2. I also installed the 2.7.1 nfi did a factory reset but still the problem persists. Can anyone offer advice please so I can confirm if there is a problem or not
