I selected 2 satellites Thor & Astra2 locked the position numbered 1 and 2. Manual scan on astra gave 129 channels no more why? (no freesat)
Manual scan on Thor gave no services at all any help would be appreciated as this is my first encounter with a dreambox

I have just replaced my old TM box with the DM500HD and I have set up the network OK but on adding just two sats the box moves the dish via diseqc 1.2 but never finds the satellite. I have also tried USALS and have put in the correct LAT & Long but again it can't find the sats. I then replaced my old box to check and it was all working well the dish is 1M a universal lnb and a diseqc 1.2. I also installed the 2.7.1 nfi did a factory reset but still the problem persists. Can anyone offer advice please so I can confirm if there is a problem or not
