I have original dream 800, by moment i have no picture on the TV, and on the dream i have the channel'name and the hours, but nothing on the TV

hello, i have connect the Box with SCART to TV, but as i told you it's work for a few minutes and after , nothing on the TV and i can't use command , and i must reboot dream.

i have download the last firware from dremmultimedia, but no change.
