    sending to RMA doesnt solve that problem, just month ago received and yesterday got it again :frowning_face:


    solution is leave on box with ERROR message for 5-10 minutes and then press power button

    You mean the one on the front panel or the on/off button on the rear panel. If it's the latter, do you press it once or twice?

    I have exactly the same problem with a brand new DM8000 decoder. Can anyone of you kindly explain to me how you resolved the problem? Which sim card are you talking of? When can I find it and what do I have to do with it? Is this a serious problem that warrants a return to factory or is it just normal? Thank you for your advice.
