why does my box keep rebooting? ever since we moved it into another room and installed another thing in the wall so that we can put the cable in, it doesnt boot up! it goes to the picture of the cliffs where it says "please wait" and then it just turns off and back on again!

ive fixed this several times by taking out the cable and putting it back in, but now it doesnt work anymore at all!

is it because of my cable?

also.. why does the sound get delayed when i leave it on the same channel for a few minutes.. it gets really annoying!
