When I enabled channel locking and lock some services, this works fine. I am asked for the PIN when I switch to the locked channels.

When I turn off the power to the box (not stand by, but real shut-down at the back of the box) and turn it back on, all channel locks are gone.

Why is this? Am I missing something or is this a bug?
