hello all

i have a dreambox 500c
i have installed the recommended image(via the dream multi media website) using dreamup 1332

i have tried to scan the frequencies automatically/brute force and manual input.
the signal level is v good but after pressing the green(scan) button on the remote no channels appear to be stored.
i have tried all the known frequencies in the spectrum but even though that the signal is there. i cant find/store any channels.

help please
