DM800 - Sirius (4.8E) MPEG4 problem - Viasat Ukraina

    Hi.


    I-have-a-problem. I cant scan MPEG-4 transponders on Viasat Ukraina on Sirius 4 at 4.8°E with my Dreambox 800.


    This is transponders:
    12169,00 V - DVB-S2 (8PSK) - 27500 3 / 4
    12207,00 V - DVB-S2 (8PSK) - 27500 3 / 4

    I have very good signal for Europe BSS beam.


    With both automatic and manual scan i cant get the channels.


    Did anybody can help me or explain where is the problem?

    Pls, help how i can open this MPEG4 channels, or Dreambox800 have problem with MPEG4 channels?
    I can open MPEG 4 HD, but MPEG4 SD channels can't open?
    Why?
    Did this problem shoud be fixed soon?

    I can also not scan in these channels. No services are found on this transponder. To me, it looks like the tuner in 800 is not capable of tuning into all dvb-s2 frequencies. I have contacted my supplier, and I recommend you do the same to make certain that faulty hardware gets fixed/repaired.
