Why does scanning transponders with low SR takes ages? Compared to transponders with SR like ie 24500 or 27500.

Did you tried this one ?
Think that this is because low rate transponders should have a chance to get a proper lock before scanning. Otherwise you might fail scanning thoose transponders.

Or could it be because the power measurement cant be set in the Tunerconfiguration anymore?.

So low SR long tuning time, high SR shorter tuning time.
