I just moved to BC Canada from Egypt my Dream Box was working good but when I moved her I am not able to make work at all

1- NO ip address assiagned BY DHCP for Dream Box from DSL
2- I cannot find ant SAT to receive any channel alough the Dish is fixed at the correct position

I realy appreciate if you could help me
