  • Hi
i get the same answer from Jtag software.

    Here whats have happend.
When i got home from work the display was lighning, no text.
    We have had a powerloss.
    No comms with dream up.
Make a Jtag cable with 5 x 100 Ohms R and using the windows Jtag soft.
It reports the same answer as you got.
by misstake i shortned the pin 11 to ground and i was able to writte to the flash, now i can communicate with dream up ,flasherase works BUT
i cant uppload any image, so probebly the IC 28F640J3 have passed away.

Or is there any other solution here? some other software to Jtag with
    Thanks in adwance
