"cannot wait for event if event thread is created"

    hallo zusammen,


    ich habe meine dreambox erst einen tag und möchte die aktuelle firmware aufspielen.


    bei der verwendung von dreamup (neuste version) bekomme ich immer die fehlermeldung "cannot wait for event if event thread is created".


    ich verwende nur ein nullmodemkabel. kann mir jemand vielleicht weiterhelfen?

    so, habe jetzt endlich die richtige version gefunden.


    jetzt bekomme ich allerdings die folgende fehlermeldung


    "Got wrong response from box: HTTP/1.0 400 Bad Request
    Server: yahd v1.0

    kannst du damit was anfangen?

    I have exactely the same error messages with both versions of dreamup and a DM600PVR. The box is dead, red and green leds are flashing fast when trying to start it. Please help!

    I tried flashing with dreamup 1.3.1.0 using a different computer, and for some reason it worked fine. v1.3.2.0 gave the same error.

    ich wollte die box an dem COM port von meinem toshiba flashen. ein freund sagte mir, dass dies nicht geht, da dort teilweise die rs232 norm nicht eingehalten wird. habe es jetzt an einem festrechner (dell) probiert und es funktioniert.

    i tried to flash the box with the com port of my toshiba notebook. a friend of mine told me, that this can not work, because sometimes the rs232 norm is not followed by notebooks. today I tried it with a dell workstation and now it works fine.
