search c and ku band

    iam trying to search on one sat both c and ku band at the moment my dm500 will only search c band or ku band on one sat but not search the hole sat any ideas

    Can you give me a few more details on your setup? I've been using a 2.4m dish for C-Band and an 85cm dish for Ku band for quite a while on the DM500 so should be able to help you out.


    The DM500 will happily do both but I'm not aware of the single LNB that will do both down the same coax at the same time (the physics doesn't work out) without having a switch so you'll have to tell your box that you have two separate LNBs.
